The short version: we do not collect personal data. This website has no analytics, no advertising, no cookies, and no tracking of any kind.
1. Data collected through this website
None. This website is a set of static pages. It does not require an account, does not set cookies, does not run analytics or advertising scripts, and does not collect, transmit, or store personal data about visitors.
The contact form on our Contact page runs entirely in your browser: it checks that the fields are filled in and then prepares a message in your own email application. Nothing you type is sent to, or stored by, this website.
2. If you contact us
If you email us at hello@gigvi.dev or call us, we receive the information you choose to share (for example, your email address and the contents of your message). We use it only to respond to you. The legal basis for this processing is your initiative to contact us and our legitimate interest in answering.
3. Data collected through our applications
Our application Elyneva offers a starting analysis that requires no registration. Answers you provide inside an application are used to produce the result you asked for. Application-specific data practices are presented inside the application and its own materials; this policy covers the gigvi.dev website and our company contact channels.
4. Analytics, advertising, and third parties
This website uses no analytics services, no advertising networks, no social-media pixels, and no session-recording or heatmap tools. Pages load fonts from Google Fonts; your browser connects to Google's servers to retrieve the font files, which is governed by Google's privacy policy. We do not otherwise share visitor information with third parties, because we do not collect any.
5. Data retention and deletion
Because the website collects nothing, there is nothing to retain or delete. Correspondence you send us by email is kept only as long as needed to handle your request, and is deleted when it is no longer needed.
6. Your choices and rights
You may at any time ask us what correspondence we hold from you, request its correction or deletion, or withdraw consent for us to keep it. To do so, email hello@gigvi.dev with the subject "Privacy request."
7. Children
This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone — children included.
8. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update this page and its effective date. If we ever introduce data collection of any kind, this page will say so plainly before it happens.
