This policy applies to the app listed above, published by GIGVI LLC on Google Play and the Apple App Store. Our website and company contact channels are covered separately by the GIGVI privacy policy.
2. Information we collect
None. We do not ask for, collect, or transmit names, email addresses, phone numbers, location, photos, contacts, device identifiers, or any other personal or sensitive data. Your child does not create an account and does not sign in.
3. Network use
The app may download drawing lessons and a small catalog file from our content host so that new content can be added over time. These are ordinary requests for public content. We do not attach any personal identifier to them and we do not build a profile of the device or user. The app remains fully usable offline; if the content host cannot be reached, it simply continues with the content already installed.
4. Device features we use
Text-to-speech (voice guidance): spoken prompts are generated on the device by the operating system's built-in speech engine. No audio and no text is sent to us or to any third party.
5. Advertising and analytics
The app contains no advertising and no analytics or crash-reporting SDKs. No third-party advertising or measurement libraries are included.
6. Children's privacy
This app is directed to children. Because we collect no personal information from anyone, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The app complies with the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and Google Play's Families Policy on the basis that no data is collected. If you believe we have inadvertently received any personal data from a child, contact us and we will delete it.
7. Data sharing and sale
We do not share, sell, or rent any data, because we do not collect any.
8. Purchases
Where the app offers optional paid content, payment is handled entirely by the platform (Google Play or the App Store). We never see or receive your payment details.
9. Changes to this policy
If a future version of the app changes what data is handled, we will update this policy and its effective date before that version is released, and we will update the app's Data Safety declaration in Google Play accordingly.
